What is the return policy?

Once placed, all orders are considered final and promptly processed in our system. Therefore, it is important to verify the accuracy of your order before finalizing it. Please take the time to review and confirm all details to ensure correctness before proceeding with the purchase.

Rest assured, we firmly stand behind the quality of our products; however, sometimes mistakes can occur. If you receive an item that is defective, broken, or tarnished within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be more than happy to replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if any item(s) is missing from your order, we will promptly re-ship it to you.

How can I track my order?
Have an account?

Excellent! Sign in and visit your Chloe Conor account. Choose “My Orders” to check the status of your order. Once your order is prepared for shipping, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. This way, you can easily monitor its progress as it travels to your doorstep.

Click on “Track your Order”, on the top right corner of the Chloe Conor website. You can enter the tracking number and track the status of your order

Don’t have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under “My Orders”. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Terms & Meaning

Processing : We’ve passed your order to our dedicated team for processing. When all items are in-stock, the usual processing time is around 3-4 business days!

Shipped : Exciting news! Your order has been carefully packaged and is en route to your location. Please keep in mind that tracking might take a while to appear in the courier’s system, showing activity or progress.

Partial : Ah, it seems your order contains a backorder or a made-to-order item. To ensure you can begin enjoying your Chloe Conor piece as soon as possible, we’ve sent out the available items first.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

For any modifications to your order, such as adjustments, cancellations, or updates to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. It’s important to note that our team strives to promptly dispatch your order, which might limit our ability to accommodate cancellation or changes after this timeframe.

Where is your store/office?

Our official business location is in London, UK. (81 Lavender Avenue, Coventry, CV6 1BZ). We also operate from Dubai. Our inventory is held in London, Dubai and Guangdong.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, your order will reach you within 10-15 days from the dispatch date. In some instances, there might be a slight extension, especially based on the destination country.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently ship to the USA, UK, UAE, KSA & Australia. We will be adding more countries. Keep a close eye!

Do I need to pay custom fees?

Different countries have different rules and regulations for international shipments. You might incur handling fees and taxes as your order undergoes customs processing. It’s important to note that any such charges must be settled by the recipient of the parcel, which includes both retail and wholesale customers.

Regrettably, Chloe Conor lacks the authority to influence these charges, and we are unable to provide precise cost estimates. This is due to the fact that customs regulations and import duties differ greatly across different countries.

My Item arrived damaged.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate experience. While we take utmost care by packaging all orders with paper shreds, pouches and gift boxes to safeguard the jewelry, we understand that there can be rare instances of items arriving damaged. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@chloeconor.com, and we’ll promptly send you a replacement order at no additional cost.

How is the jewelry packed?

The jewelry is packed either in the Chloeconor gift box or gift pouch. It is then carefully cushioned within paper shreds & placed inside the mailer box. They are perfect for gifting!
