Return and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You have a 24-hour window from the time of placing your order to cancel it. To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Navigate to your order history.
  • Find the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Order” button.
  • Your cancellation request will be processed, and a full refund will be issued.
Returns for Dissatisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may choose to use any postal or courier service of your preference.

To request a return for dissatisfaction, please follow these steps:

  • Initiate the return request.
  • Follow the provided instructions to complete your return request.
Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 1-2 days of receiving your order. To report damage, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the return request page.
  • Enter the order number and email address.
  • Initiate the return request.
  • Select the appropriate reason for request.
  • The team will contact you to request an image of the damaged item.
  • Follow the provided instructions to complete your return request.

Once we receive the necessary information and confirm the damage, we will process your refund for the damaged item.

 

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For COD orders, the refund amount will be credited into the Chloe Conor account and can be used to make future purchases. Return Charges

There will be a return charge of AED 10.00 for all returns and exchanges from Dubai & Sharjah &        AED 20.00 for all other emirates in UAE and AED 50.00 for KSA & Qatar
